TRU-TRAC RUBBER IMPACT IDLER

Impact absorption, wear resistant, belt friendly.
Impact rollers are an effective way to reduce high impact loads and subsequently increase the life span of the belt and rollers used in the loading zone.
The Tru-Trac Impact rollers protect the belt where free falling material can cause damage to the belt cover. The heavy duty construction of the impact roller consists of high quality, resilient rubber discs assembled onto an inner steel tube.
The rubber disc has a Shore hardness of ± 70. The rubber impact idler is also available in a flame-retardant and self-extinguishing option.
