XD V-Plough Scraper

The Tru-Trac® XD V-Plough Scraper is designed for the toughest mining environments. The V-Plough effectively keeps material from being trapped between the tail and take-up pulleys, and prevents build-up of material on the pulleys thereby reducing belt alignment problems.

The V-Plough Scraper is self tensioning, ensuring consistent and effective performance. The high abrasive polyurethane blade provides extended life.

  • Keeps material from becoming trapped – between a tail or take-up pulley and the conveyor belt.
  • Protects Your Belt – from puncture damage, caused by fugitive material from the inside of the belt.
  • Self Adjusting – No maintenance needed, adjusts by gravity.
  • Reduces bulk material build up – on tail and take-up pulleys which helps improve belt misalignment problems.
  • Double the Blade Life – Blade can be easily swapped, when one side is worn.
  • Blade Type – High abrasive, long lasting Polyurethane.
